Boxing Techniques
Description: Learn the benefits of boxing for fitness. Be challenged with the boxing techniques stance, jabs, hooks, upper cuts, speed bag, and other boxing skills. You will improve your coordination, aerobic capacity, enhance muscle tone and build character.
Age: Youth 8-16yrs and Adult 17 & older
Fee: Youth Members (8yrs-16yrs): $25/session or $5/class
Youth Program Members: $35/session or $10/class
Adult Members: $55/session or $7 class
Adult Program Members: $65/session or $12/class
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:30pm - 6:30pm
