The Guilderland YMCA Facility offers:

Complete Exercise Center featuring: FitLinxx Interactive Fitness Network, Cybex VR2 and Galileo selectorized strength training circuits, Cybex York free weight equipment. Precor Stairmasters, Expresso Bikes, Star Trac Bikes, Cybex Arc Trainers, Total Body Arc trainers, Precor Elliptical Cross Trainers, Concept II Rowers, Star Trac treadmills with individual TVs, Cardio Theatre and 4 42” colored flat screen TVs.
Group Cycling Studio with 11 participant bikes.
25 yard, 8 lane indoor swimming pool..
Steam, sauna and whirlpool facilities.
Double gymnasium.
Free baby-sitting services while using the facility for up to 1 1/2 hours for family memberships.
Free aerobic and aqua aerobics classes.
