Welcome to a learning environment where we grow
through self and group discovery. Gain increased selfesteem
and understanding, a greater appreciation of
fellow workers, and the know-how to pull together as
an effective, harmonious team—the tools for
increased efficiency and a happier workplace.
Reach New Levels
Challenge yourself and your team on the
high-ropes course or the climbing tower.
The ropes course demands group support and encouragement—
no one ever faces a problem alone. Partners
encourage and stand by each other no matter how the
other ultimately meets the challenge.
You are protected by safety equipment used for technical
rock-climbing as you negotiate swings, ladders, bridges,
and other obstacles 15 to 40 feet above the ground.
Accepting the perceived risk of height is a powerful
vehicle for building self-confidence and reducing barriers
to personal growth. The only requirement is the
desire to try!

We Design the Program that is Right for You
Challenge yourself and your colleagues to become a
tighter team, better problem-solvers, and an accomplished
success story. Conference and retreat options
include day and over-night programs in high-ropes, teambuilding
challenge course, environmental education,
canoeing, hiking, and wilderness expeditions. Come in
the spring, fall, and winter for programs tailored to meet
your specific interests, needs, and agenda. Most groups
take advantage of our unique programs and superior
staff; but some groups have their own program planned
and only require food, lodging, and a meeting space. We
will work with you to design the program that best fits
your specific needs and budget.
